PsyEntry and Ownerstate Software

PsyEntry is independent clinical documentation software for solo mental-health practice on Mac and Windows. Ownerstate Software publishes and supports it.

Product approach

PsyEntry keeps its live vault on the practitioner’s computer. The app does not require an Ownerstate account, upload the vault, or include advertising and usage analytics.

The product is intentionally limited to documentation, scheduling, assessments, plans, practice activity, exports and backups. It does not provide billing, insurance claims, telehealth, transcription, client portals or emergency response.

Current platforms

PsyEntry 1.0 targets Apple-silicon Macs running macOS 12 or later and x64 PCs running Windows 10 version 2004 or later or Windows 11. Intel Macs, Windows on ARM, and 32-bit Windows are not supported. The Mac App Store and Microsoft Store listings are public. A separate direct Mac download is still in preparation.
